Truely Great Coffee

Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of berries from the Coffea plant. The genus Coffea is native to tropical Africa, Madagascar, and the Comoros, Mauritius and Réunion in the Indian Ocean.

Coffee preparation is the process of turning coffee beans into a beverage. While the particular steps vary with the type of coffee and with the raw materials, the process includes four basic steps; raw coffee beans must be roasted, the roasted coffee beans must then be ground, the ground coffee must then be mixed with hot water for a certain time (brewed), and finally the liquid coffee must be separated from the used grounds.

Coffee is usually brewed immediately before drinking. In most areas, coffee may be purchased unprocessed, or already roasted, or already roasted and ground. Coffee is often vacuum packed to prevent oxidation and lengthen its shelf life.

Introducing
selvam spl. Tea

taste.

Preparation of our Spl. Tea

Boil water - nothing is added till the water is boiling. Stop the heat source. Add tea leaves and spices (I will give you a list of spices at the end). The tea and spices are usually added to the boiling water in a Bone China tea decanter. The decanter is then covered with a "tea cozy" for around 3-5 minutes (to allow the tea to brew). Filter into tea cups, add milk and sweetener to taste. This is considered the sophisticated method and is used for the more exotic tea leaves. Usually not many spices are added in this type of preparation. By exotic I would say - Darjeeling varieties.

snacks

we prepared spl. vadas ,baji , bondas, masala vada, breakfast and spl. snacks so on.....

Vada is a common term for many different types of savoury fried snacks from India. Different types of vadas can be described variously as fritters, doughnuts, or dumplings.

Alternative names for this food include wada, vade, vadai, and bara.

The various types of vadas are made from different ingredients, ranging from legumes (such as medu vada of South India) topotatoes (such as batata vada of West India). They are often eaten as breakfast or snack, and also used in other food preparations (such as dahi vada and vada pav).
